I’m Lindsay Sproul
As the daughter of a prominent Wichita homebuilder, the world around real estate has always been in my blood. I guess you could say I have never known anything different and I’m 100% ok with that!
After working for my dad’s real estate agents and title companies throughout high school and college, it was a natural fit for me to delve back in after college. After graduating from KU in 2002, I planted my roots in Kansas City and decided to build my own reputation. I began to do so as the Escrow Manager for a busy real estate team and then for 12 years as the Business Development Manager for what became one of the largest locally owned title companies in the Kansas City Metro.
Having been on every side of the transaction with my real estate license, title license, and loan origination license, I offer an especially rare perspective and understanding of what everyone’s expectations are throughout the home buying process.

I knew that joining Fountain Mortgage was a perfect opportunity to continue helping the clients and friends I have made over the last 17 years in a new way! I have always made it a priority to make sure that when a transaction is completed and the closing is done, that everyone involved can feel confident, comfortable, and taken care of. My goal is to make every borrower feel confident throughout the entire process.
When I’m not helping people with what the industry has coined, “the biggest financial decisions of their life,” you can find me in the mountains, playing tennis, cooking, cheering on the Jayhawks and Chiefs, or enjoying the amazing restaurants that KC has to offer!

Hi, I’m Rikianne!
I moved to the Kansas City area when I was 8 years old and have stayed here ever since! Creativity was a big part of my life growing up, and I’m a proud graduate of KU with a degree in Illustration. I later attended Johnson County Community College as part of their Chef Apprenticeship program before later working for Saint Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza. I love the chance to talk to clients, hear their stories, and develop relationships as I guide them through the mortgage process. Hearing client’s concerns and working through them to find solutions together is one of my favorite parts of my job.
When I’m not hard at work on mortgages, you’re likely to find me spending time with my daughter and husband, traveling to other countries, or hanging with my pup!
